Work at Red Rock which has forced the latest closure of Highway T-15 over the Dam is scheduled to be completed Thursday. John Holt with the US Army Corps of Engineers tells KNIA/KRLS that this phase of work, installation of bulkheads, is nearly complete and the highway should be open Thursday afternoon.
