A two vehicle accident sent at least two people to the hospital Monday. At about 6:30 Monday evening, Clay Township Fire and Rescue, Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies, Knoxville Fire and Rescue, and the Iowa State Patrol responded to the scene of an accident on the intersection of T-17 and Highway 92 south of Pella.

Two pickup trucks were involved. One person in a two-tone blue and white older-model F-150 had to be extracted by Clay Township Rescue and was hospitalized, as was another person in a black, late-model pickup with Illinois plates. KNIA/KRLS News will bring you more details as they become official.
