The Knoxville City Council will hold a public hearing on their tax abatement program at their meeting this evening. The program is currently set to expire on October 15, but the City Council is considering extending it another five years. They will also vote on a letter of support for the development of the VA Campus by James Washington and vote on a couple of street closures. The meeting will take place at City Hall at 6:15.
