The volunteer of the year has been named for Hospice of Pella. Kathy DeHaan was recognized at a luncheon in Des Moines hosted by the Hospice and Palliative Care Association of Iowa. DeHaan has been volunteering with Hospice of Pella for the past three years. She was nominated for the award for the work she does at Comfort House.
