Pella Regional Health Center has named its Shining Star Award winner for September. Stephany Kerr of Pella was chosen for the award by her peers. She works in Human Resources at Pella Regional. For her efforts, Kerr will recieve a $100 gift card, a plaque and be in the Shining Star of the Year Award.
