A Pella Police Officer and two former Knoxville residents are repelling for the Special Olympics today in Des Moines. Officer Brad Vincent and 85 year old Bob Ashton and his wife, 83 year old Neola, will all go “Over the Edge”. Participants have raised funds of at least $1,000 to have an opportunity to repel off the 345 foot tall Financial Building in Downtown Des Moines.
