The murder trial for Michael Miller has been pushed back until next year. A new trial date was set for March 19, 2012 after a hearing in Marion County District Court yesterday. Miller had been set to go to trial next month. In January, Miller was arrested after being accused of paying Terry Cobbins, Jr. to kill his wife, Theresa Miller. Cobbins also has been charged with first degree murder – his trial is set to begin in January. Both men have denied their involvement in Theresa’s death.
