The US Army Corps of Engineers at Lake Red Rock have announced a road closure for Highway T-15 over the Dam. Both lanes will be closed beginning Wednesday and will remain closed for four to five weeks as work is done on a bulkhead delivery system. John Holt with the Corps of Engineers says the system will allow movement of 90 ton bulkheads between gates, adding work will involve cutting into the road.
