The VA’s Community-Based Outpatient Clinic will be resubmitting a solicitation to find a new space in Knoxville. A previous solicitation failed to attract bids that met all requirements. Maureen Nichols is the Coordinator of the Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. She says that they are looking for a new or existing space of 12-15,000 square feet, and they want to be moved in completely sometime next year. Nichols adds that they plan to eventually expand and offer additional services. After getting approval, there will be a 30-60 day period for applicants to bid, with the bid being awarded 2-3 months later.
