Progress is being made on the restoration project for the Brinkhoff Park Windmill. Crews installed the new base for the windmill Thursday. Pella Administrative Services Director Jenny Hesseltine says work is coming along nicely for the upper portion of the windmill as well. She says the plan is to have the restoration complete for an unveiling at the end of October.
