Central College’s men’s and women’s cross country teams took on fierce winds and loaded fields at Saturday’s Wisconsin-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational.

The 43-team field included a number of highly-ranked squads and was run at the Lake Breeze Golf Club – which will be the site of the NCAA National meet on November 19th.

The Central men claimed 23rd place in the team standings, while the Dutch women’s team was 29th.

Central has the next weekend off before heading to the Iowa Conference Championships on October 31st in Decorah.
