Loras College avenged a previous season loss to Central College, sweeping the Dutch 25-17, 25-13, 26-24 in Iowa Conference volleyball action last night at Dubuque. Central had defeated the Duhawks 3-1 in its home tournament October 1st.

Central competes in the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational Friday and Saturday. The Dutch volleyball team is 16-6 overall and 4-2 in the Iowa Conference. They’ll meet Dominican University Friday at 5:30 p.m. and the host, Wisconsin-Oshkosh (14-10) at 7:30 p.m.
