Michael Miller will be back in Marion County District Court Friday for a pre-trial conference. Miller has been charged with first degree murder in the death of his wife Theresa Miller. Both Miller and Terry Cobbins, Jr. were arrested in January after Miller allegedly paid Cobbins to kill his wife. Cobbins has also been charged with first degree murder. His trial is set to begin in January. Miller’s trial is set to begin in March.
