A shed fire resulted in minimal damage Thursday evening. Knoxville Deputy Fire Chief Don Witzenburg says that at about 7:45pm Thursday, the Knoxville Fire Department responded to reports of smoke at 1329 South Lincoln St. He says when crews arrived, they found a shed to the back of the building on fire. The shed was about three feet from the building, but fire crews were able to keep the building from being damaged. Witzenburg adds the cause of the fire remains under investigation. There is no electrical hookup to the shed. The Knoxville Police Department also responded to the scene.
