KNIA/KRLS has learned more information about the sexual abuse charges against an Altoona man in Marion County District Court. Court records say that say that 25-year-old Randy Marshall Lang had at least five sexual encounters with a 15-year-old girl from May to August of this year. Lang allegedly picked up the girl near her house, and the encounters would occur on isolated county rural roads. Lang is set to appear in court this Friday.
