Race fans can meet and greet new Knoxville Raceway General Manager Toby Kruse tonight at the monthly Sprint Car 101 at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum. Kruse was hired in August to replace the retiring Ralph Capitani and fans can meet Kruse tonight. Sprint Car 101 starts at seven on the second floor of the Hall of Fame and is free and open to the public.
