56-year-old Anthony Stuckey entered an initial plea of not guilty to the attempted murder and other charges he faces. He did so during an arraignment in Marion County District Court Friday. Stuckey was arrested last week after he allegedly fired multiple shots at a woman through her bedroom door in Knoxville. Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada says that after they arrived on scene to a report of shots fired, they arrested Stuckey and recovered a handgun. Stuckey is listed as a sex offender on the Iowa Sex Offender Registry. He’s set to appear in court next on October 28 for a pre-trial conference.
