The class one-A volleyball teams around the state get going on their tournament trail tonight and in southern Marion County as Twin Cedars will host Melcher-Dallas in a first round Regional contest. The Sabers own the regular season meeting with a three games to none victory and finishing runner-up in the Bluegrass Conference while Melcher-Dallas is not bad either with a 15-8 record and fourth place in the B-G-C. The winner gets a trip to Martensdale in the second round to either play Martensdale St. Mary’s or Iowa Christian Academy next Tuesday. First serve is tonight is at seven at Twin Cedars.
