Work on Highway T-15 over Red Rock Dam is currently on schedule, according the US Army Corps of Engineers. John Holt with the Corps says everything is on schedule, and the road should open up in about three weeks. The current project includes installation of a bulkhead delivery system, which will allow movement of 90 ton bulkheads between gates.
