Construction at Red Rock Dam is going well and Highway T-15 over the Dam should be reopen by the middle of November. John Holt with the US Army Corps of Engineers says the work currently being done is a big part of the overall project. Crews are installing a bulkhead deliver system that will allow the movement of 90 ton bulkheads between gates. Holt says this work won’t finish the project, but is a big step in that direction.
