Brinkhoff Windmill To Be Placed Friday Morning

The windmill at Brinkhoff Park is finished and will be placed early Friday morning on its new base. The more than 70 year old mill was taken down this summer for restoration. A formal ribbon cutting ceremony will be announced later.
