Though goalkeeper David Ziemann posted a career-best eight saves, the Central College men’s soccer team struggled to keep up with No. 14-ranked Loras College, as the Duhawks bounced the Dutch from the Iowa Conference tournament with a 2-0 semifinal victory. Ziemann faced 26 shots – the most from any opponent all season – but managed to keep the match at 1-0 for nearly 45 minutes before Loras added their second goal of the contest. The Central College men’s soccer team ends their season with a record of 10-8-1.
