A pedestrian was hit by a pick-up at 3rd and Washington in Pella about 6PM on Friday. 64 year old Linda Hoff was walking her dog when she was struck by the truck. Pella Ambulance and the Pella Police Department responded to the scene. She was transported to Pella Regional Health Center, and was later transferred to Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, where she remains in intensive care.
