[simage=6099,200,y,left] A Knoxville man charged with attempted murder has been indicted in federal court. 56-year-old Anthony Stuckey was arrested in September after he allegedly attempted to shoot a woman by firing through her bedroom door. Marion County Attorney Ed Bull says that Stuckey was indicted by the federal government on Friday. Bull adds that they have placed a detainer on him to transfer him from the Marion County Jail to a federal facility. Stuckey had been set to go on trial Wednesday in Marion County District Court. Due to the federal indictment, the state of Iowa has dismissed all charges.
