Central College is seeking funding for a new scholarship. The Journey Scholarship Fund will follow in the footsteps of its predecessor the Central Fund, to help provide opportunities to students. Central College is currently in the midst of the Town and Gown campaign, which is seeking business partners to support the fund. Director of Development at Central College Terri Crumley told KNIA/KRLS News that hundreds of Central students each year use Scholarship funds, and that the Journey Scholarship fund helps students who otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend Central College.
