Thursday is the last day of the Knoxville Fire and Rescue Department’s food drive. The food drive at the Fire Department is part of the overall effort to feed the food shelves in Marion County. The Fire Department will be accepting non-perishable food between 8am and 4pm. The food collected by the fire department will go to Helping Hands Food Pantry. The KNIA/KRLS Food Drive also continues Thursday afternoon. The Big Red Radio will be at the Knoxville Hy-Vee from 1-4pm collecting non-perishable food donations. Help us fill the Big Red Radio, and together we’ll fill the food shelves in Marion County.
