The Pleasantville girls and boys basketball teams hit the highway to the southwestern corner of the state to take on Bedford tonight. It’ll be a tough test for the Trojan girls, as the Bulldogs are the second-ranked team in Iowa in Class 1A. Pleasantville is 1-6 overall and 1-3 in the Pride of Iowa Conference, while Bedford is 7-0.

The Pleasantville boys, meanwhile, are hoping to come away from the nearly five-hour round trip with another victory, as they put their unblemished 6-0 record on the line against the Bulldogs – who have rebounded from an 0-4 start to win two games back-to-back.
