While the PCM boys basketball team has certainly had success in the early portion of the season, they’re still looking for a few pieces to fit into place to make themselves a championship contender again.  Mustangs’ head coach Fred Lorensen says while Scott Bruxvoort and Jordan Van Roekel have been fantastic so far, he thinks his team has other contributors that can come up big.

“We feel our two guards – Sean O’Connor and Nate VandeWall – have played very well for us; [and] Dillon Bruxvoort – we’re asking him to do a lot of different things and play a lot of positions for us – he’s going to have a good stretch for us in the second half of the season,” said Lorensen. “The rest of our bench, we’re still looking for kids to step up and show what they can do.”

The PCM boys are 7-2 overall at the holiday break.
