The Pella City Council met in special session last night. The meetings primary purpose was to accept a bid on wood poles for the South East Switching Station project. The other item on the agenda was the approval of a Class C liquor licence for Central College. The Licence will allow Central to better compete with other venues for events like weddings. Central College has no plans to change its dry campus policies.
