One of the top rivalries in the Bluegrass Conference is on the docket for tonight, as it’s an all-Marion County match-up in Melcher-Dallas for the Saints, who host Twin Cedars. Coaches for the Sabers and Saints says it’s an exciting- and fun – rivalry between the two schools, because so may of the players have friends and relatives on the opposing teams.

The Twin Cedars girls are 5-0 after a win this weekend over Southeast Warren, while the Melcher-Dallas girls are 2-4 and coming off of a win over Moravia last Friday. On the boys’ side, the Saints are 0-4 and eagerly seeking their first win of the season, with Twin Cedars aiming to build on a 1-4 overall record after a narrow loss this weekend.
