A pair of very good Roland-Story basketball teams make their way to Monroe tonight as PCM takes on the Norse for the second time this season in a home Heart of Iowa Conference doubleheader. The Mustang girls are 9-5 overall and 7-5 in the conference, facing a Roland-Story squad that is 11-1 against league opponents and sits in second place in the conference race.

The boys’ game, meanwhile, will likely decide the conference champion, as the streaking Mustangs host a Norse team that beat them by six points in Story City on December 9th. The PCM boys are 12-2 overall – and winners of their last eight games – while Roland-Story is 11-1. Both teams are 10-1 in Heart of Iowa Conference play.

Tip-off from PCM High School in Monroe is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. tonight, starting with the varsity girls game.
