After this weeks Pella City Council Meeting the council discussed the local purchasing policy during a Policy and Planning Meeting, and Overland Property Group LLC presented a possible housing development to the Council. KNIA/KRLS’s Evan Little sat down with Pella City Administrator Mike Nardini to talk about the upcoming changes to the city local purchasing policy, and the housing development.
