Registration has opened for Live Healthy Iowa’s 100 Day Wellness Challenge which starts January 23rd. The 100 Day Wellness Challenge is meant to encourage Iowans to make healthy living choices. Teams of two to ten people will compete over the 100 days the teams will submit info on their exercise habits, and the amount of weight they have lost.
