At 6-3 overall and 4-1 in the Little Hawkeye Conference, the Pella High girls basketball team is nearing the midway point of what has been a successful 2011-2012 campaign. Regan Cooper and Madeline Meyer – seniors on the team – talked with KNIA/KRLS Sports Director Eric Gotschall about what makes this year’s team special, how the program’s past success inspires them, and what we can expect to see from their team yet this season.
