New Pella Police Chief Robert Bokinski has completed his first week in the post. Bokinski says that even though this first week has been very busy everything has gone smoothly. He says that he has been impressed by the quality of the staff at the Pella Police Department, and the city in general. Overall, he says, so far Pella has completely exceeded his already high expectations. Chief Bokinski came from Ocean City Maryland, where he was a division commander for 11 years.
