Corydon proved to be an unfavorable destination last night for the Pleasantville basketball teams, as Wayne avenged a pair of earlier losses to the Trojans by defeating the Pleasantville girls 41-36; then completing the sweep with a 69-57 win over the Trojan boys in the nightcap.

The loss drops the Pleasantville girls to 3-11 overall and 2-8 in the Pride of Iowa Conference. For the Pleasantville boys, it was just their second setback of the season, as the Trojans are now 12-2 overall and 8-2 in conference play. Both teams travel to Afton to take on East Union on Friday.
