A good opportunity for a home varsity sweep lies in front of the Pleasantville girls and boys basketball teams tonight, as the Trojans host Lenox in Pride of Iowa Conference play.  

The Pleasantville girls have been strong at the defensive end in recent games, but head coach Trevor Miller says they’ll need to make baskets on their own end of the floor – particularly when the ball gets inside. The Trojans are 3-9 against league opponents, while Lenox has just one win in twelve contests against Pride of Iowa Conference teams.  

In the nightcap, the Pleasantville boys will look to build upon a strong 14-2 overall record against a Tigers squad that is just 4-8 overall.
