[simage=5136,200,y,left] Terry Cobbins Jr. continued to deny his involvement in the death of Teresa Miller while he was cross-examined Tuesday morning in Marion County District Court. Cobbins said that he did not know that Teresa had died until Mike Miller called him and told him the day after her death. He also said that he initially lied to investigators in Wisconsin because he was drunk and nervous. He did not tell Wisconsin investigators that he knew Michael Miller wanted Teresa dead, something he admitted to knowing during the trial. Closing arguments for the trial were scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
