With the final football game of the season this weekend, people will be throwing parties. Diane Pettit, a Dietitian at Pella Regional Health Center says that these parties are actually the final event in the holiday eating cycle. Another thing that she says can help keep people from overloading on food is to simply be more social, talking will slow down your rate of food consumption.
