Schyler Kane knocked down five 3-pointers for the second night in a row, and the Pella High boys basketball team again reaped the benefits, posting a 69-58 non-conference win Saturday night over Harlan in a game played at West Des Moines Valley High School.

The Little Dutch led by 17 points at halftime, and stretched their lead over the Cyclones to as many as 19 points in the second half. Pella hit 12 3-pointers in the game, though Harlan kept pace with 11 of their own from beyond the arc. Kane finished with a team-best 17 points, while Sam Davis put up 14 points and Jace Versteeg chipped in 11 points for the Little Dutch, who improve to 13-7 on the season.
