The Knoxville Raceway season starts in April, and the Knoxville Raceway Charitable Organization, or KRCO, is once again renewing its efforts to ensure drivers are safe and have proper insurance. KRCO is holding a fundraising event on Saturday night at Dyer-Hudson Hall. Tickets are $10 for individuals or $15 for couples and are being sold at Candi’s Flowers and the Knoxville Raceway. There will be a silent auction, food, beverages, and music from Steve McClain and the Jefferson County Green Band. The event runs from 5pm to 1am. KRCO helps drivers with insurance, safety equipment, and injuries.
