One woman was transported by Knoxville Rescue to the hospital after the minivan she was driving collided with a pole at the VA. The collision occurred in front of Building One at the VA yesterday afternoon.. There were no other passengers in the vehicle at the time of the accident. Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada says that the accident is under investigation. Both the vehicle and the pole that was struck incurred significant damage.
