This week Pella Christian Grade School held a parent question and answer session for their Spanish Immersion Program. Principal David De Jong tells KNIA/KRLS news that the Q&A session went very well. Pella Christian hosted the Principal from Zeeland Christian, a school in Michigan that runs a successful Spanish immersion program, and add.a.lingua, a service assisting in the implementation of the program at Pella Christian. They helped field questions from the 100 plus parents who attended. De Jong says that they were able to answer all the questions that parents asked about the immersion program, and De Jung is looking forward to the registration day. Registration for the three initial classes, Preschool, Kindergarten, and First Grade open at 7:00 AM on March 9th, and will be on a first come, first served basis.
