The Pella City Council will meet in regular session this evening. On the agenda is a temporary purchase agreement with Missouri River Energy Services, a change order in relation to materials for the Clark Street Substation project, and the selection of a rental rate for community garden plots, among other items. Additionally, the council will hold a policy and planning meeting, as well as enter a closed session to discuss the purchase of real estate. The Pella City Council will meet in the Pella Public Safety Complex at 7:00.
