A chance to go even deeper in the postseason lies in front of the Twin Cedars boys basketball team tonight, but they’ll have to get through a familiar foe to do it. The Sabers travel to Moulton-Udell to face the Eagles for the third time this season. Twin Cedars is 11-12 overall and enters tonight’s Class 1A District Quarterfinal following a 56-46 win over Moravia on Monday night. The Eagles had a first-round bye and are 14-5 this season; twice beating the Sabers in Bluegrass Conference play by double digits. Tip-off from Moulton-Udell High School is set for 7:00 p.m. tonight.
