Two Rivers Cooperative will be hosting an informational lunch later this month in Tracy. The meeting will offer farmers a chance to learn about new section 199 tax rules coming into effect this year and the effects they will have on farmers and the cooperative. The meeting will also feature information on grain marketing services, crop insurance, and expansion plans for Two Rivers. Justin Huebner with Two Rivers Cooperative tells KNIA/KRLS news that the event should also help provide general insight for what is expected in the market, and other things to watch for over the next year.
