The Klompen Classic is quickly approaching, and people are prepping their bodies at the Pella Community Center. The city started a program this week called Kouch to Klompen, which is based on successful couch to 5K programs. The series of workouts are meant to get people ready to participate in the Klompen Classic even if they have never run before. The free workouts are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the Pella Community Center Gym from 6:30AM to 7:00AM.
