This years Dutch Costume Exchange is coming soon. The annual event allows people to trade or purchase a dutch costume with others, and is a chance to prepare for Tulip Time. Bonnie Verberg, Director of the Vermeer Mill tells KNIA/KRLS News that the costume exchange caters to all ages and sizes. The exchange is on Saturday March 24th at the Scholte Church starting at 10 AM.
