[simage=4718,200,y,left] A jury has been selected and opening arguments will be heard this morning in the Michael Miller trial. The trial is taking place in the Clarke County Courthouse in Osceola due to a change-of-venue requested by the defense. Miller faces first-degree murder charges in the death of his wife, Theresa Miller. Michael Miller contends that he was not involved in Theresa’s death, while the state argues that Michael paid or said he’d pay Terry Cobbins, Jr. to commit the crime.
