[simage=4718,200,y,left] The first-degree murder trial of Michael Miller continues today in the Clarke County Courthouse in Osceola. The jury is expected to spend much of today watching a video tape of Michael Miller being interrogated by investigators after his wife Theresa’s death. He’s accused of paying Terry Cobbins, Jr. to kill his wife last year. The trial is entering its fourth day. The state is expected to rest its case sometime this week.
